The role of a Regional Delegate/CAQ Management Committee Member is to represent their region in CAQ matters. The Regional Delegate plays an integral role in the functions and operations of CAQ
Responsibilities
- Uphold the Aims and Ideals of CAQ – Grow & engage members; Support Clubs; actively engage in strengthening the administration and internal operations of CAQ; actively promote croquet in their region; take an active role in the development of skilled play and encourage and innovate ideas.
- To be an active and committed member of the CAQ Management Committee
- Understand, comply and work with Policies and all Governance documentation
- Represent the views of the Region at meetings
- Liaise with all members of the Management Committee
