The CAQ President Role is to provide strategic leadership for CAQ Management and CAQ members

Responsibilities

  • to promote croquet within and beyond the croquet community;
  • to act as spokesperson for CAQ
  • to oversee, strengthen and administer all Administrative and Internal operations;
  • to work with all members of the Management Community to deliver policies and procedures that support Clubs;
  • to work with the Treasurer to ensure strong financial controls are maintained;
  • to encourage innovative ideas to enhance the player experience and the long-term viability of croquet.
  • Chair CAQ Management meetings
  • Liaise with Croquet Australia and other State bodies

Skills

  • a passion for the sport of Croquet
  • communication, technology and management skills commensurate with the position
