President — Role Description — official policy

The CAQ President Role is to provide strategic leadership for CAQ Management and CAQ members

Responsibilities

to promote croquet within and beyond the croquet community;
to act as spokesperson for CAQ
to oversee, strengthen and administer all Administrative and Internal operations;
to work with all members of the Management Community to deliver policies and procedures that support Clubs;
to work with the Treasurer to ensure strong financial controls are maintained;
to encourage innovative ideas to enhance the player experience and the long-term viability of croquet.
Chair CAQ Management meetings
Liaise with Croquet Australia and other State bodies
