The CAQ President Role is to provide strategic leadership for CAQ Management and CAQ members
Responsibilities
- to promote croquet within and beyond the croquet community;
- to act as spokesperson for CAQ
- to oversee, strengthen and administer all Administrative and Internal operations;
- to work with all members of the Management Community to deliver policies and procedures that support Clubs;
- to work with the Treasurer to ensure strong financial controls are maintained;
- to encourage innovative ideas to enhance the player experience and the long-term viability of croquet.
- Chair CAQ Management meetings
- Liaise with Croquet Australia and other State bodies
Skills
- a passion for the sport of Croquet
- communication, technology and management skills commensurate with the position
