CAQ is seeking a volunteer IT Coordinator with both a passion for croquet and technology. This role supports CAQ and its affiliated Clubs by ensuring the smooth operation of CAQ’s systems and providing practical IT assistance when needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Website
- Coordinate other personnel carrying out tasks which are communications related - social media, promotions, live-streaming as well as members of the CAQ Management Committee
- Work remotely to support CAQ’s IT needs.
- Provide technical support to CAQ Management and Clubs.
- Offer basic training and guidance to Clubs on IT systems.
- Advise CAQ on compliance, data protection, and best practices.
- Assist with technology requirements for events and competitions
Skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for croquet and willingness to volunteer time.
- Practical IT knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication and ability to support people with varying levels of IT experience.
- A collaborative approach to helping Clubs and CAQ Management.
