The High Performance Co-ordinator will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of CAQ’s high performance program. This role is responsible for developing pathways that identify, nurture, and support players to elite level to ensure the long-term success of Queensland State Teams.
Responsibilities
- to promote croquet within and beyond the croquet community
- to liaise with AC & GC Code Co-ordinators; State Team Coaches and Squad Managers and Selectors to provide leadership and guidance on player identification, pathways, performance benchmarks, recruitment of skilled coaches and program development
- to develop and deliver programs aligned with CAQ Aims and Ideals
- collaborate with State and National bodies to align pathways
- innovate and implement programs that will enhance skilled play
Skills
- a passion for the sport of Croquet
- leadership, communication and management skills commensurate with the position
- Experience working with national or international sporting organizations.
