Treasurer — Role Description

The role of the Treasurer is to be responsible for the financial supervision and performance of CAQ. The Treasurer is required to manage the financial obligations of the organization including the preparation of budgets, record and management of accounts and preparation of reports to inform decision-making and mitigate financial risk.

Responsibilities

• to promote croquet within and beyond the croquet community;
• maintain up to date records of all income and expenditure over the course of the year
• manage cash flow, prepare and distribute invoices, budgeting, preparation of financial reports for CAQ Management Committee meetings
• responsible for the maintenance of membership records
